<Mamamoo Hwasa’s Seaweed Crisps>

▪ INGREDIENTS:
4 Sheets Dried Seaweed, 150ml Anchovy Broth, 50ml Glutinous Rice Flour, 1 tsp Sesame, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, 1 tsp Fish Sauce
Anchovy Broth: 5 Anchovy, Kelp, 1L Water

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Place 50ml of glutinous rice flour, 1 tsp of sesame oil, 1 tsp of fish sauce, 1 tsp of salt, and 1L of anchovy broth in a bowl. Mix them all together and microwave for 1 min and 30 seconds.
2. Brush glutinous rice paste over one side of the seaweed paper and place one more seaweed paper on top. Paste the upper side thoroughly and sprinkle sesame. Microwave for 2 minutes.
3. Fry the seaweed crisps in oil over 170 degrees.
